These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CALI platform ("CALI", "the Platform"), operated by Cali Technologies ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using CALI, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to Use
Cali Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use CALI for internal analytical, investigative, research, or compliance-related purposes, subject to these Terms.
CALI is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Cali Technologies.
2. Permitted Use
You may use CALI to:
- analyze transactions, entities, contracts, assets, and related data
- explore patterns, flows, and contextual risk indicators
- generate internal investigative notes, reports, or summaries
You acknowledge that CALI is intended to support human analysis and judgment, not replace it.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- use CALI for unlawful purposes
- resell, sublicense, or provide access to CALI to third parties without written permission
- reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract proprietary models, logic, or prompts
- represent CALI outputs as definitive conclusions, legal determinations, or guarantees
- use CALI to harass, defame, or target individuals unlawfully
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for misuse.
4. No Professional Advice
CALI provides analytical and informational outputs only.
CALI does not provide legal, financial, investment, or regulatory advice.
All decisions made using CALI remain the responsibility of the user.
You are responsible for verifying results and applying independent judgment.
5. No Warranties
CALI is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties regarding:
- accuracy or completeness of outputs
- fitness for a particular purpose
- regulatory acceptance of any analysis or report
Use of CALI is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cali Technologies shall not be liable for:
- decisions made based on CALI outputs
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- loss of data, business, reputation, or opportunity
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to access CALI in the preceding 12 months.
7. Data & Confidentiality
You retain ownership of your data.
We do not claim ownership over customer-uploaded data or generated reports.
Use of CALI may involve processing third-party or public data sources. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use such data.
8. Access & Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue CALI (or any part of it) at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Termination
You may stop using CALI at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, and ownership survive termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CALI constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Cali Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
